Unopened Products
You can return unopened item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit. Your item must be in its original unused or unopened condition to be returned. Store credit amount will only be for the product cost, shipping charges are non-refundable. We do ask that the customer covers the return shipping costs and a return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Promotional items must be returned to qualify for a refund. Exchanges are not being processed at this time. *Only Valid to U.S. Customers*
Opened Products
You can return opened item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a 50% refund. All returning items must be less than 20% used to qualify for a refund. Refund amount will only be for the product cost, shipping charges are non-refundable. We do ask that the customer covers the return shipping costs and a return request must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date. If you are signed up for an auto-renew subscription service program, your membership in that program will remain in effect until you cancel it or until we terminate your participation in the program.
Wrong Address, Not Received, or Stolen Orders
Chageni Garden LLC is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address provided by the customer (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.). Chageni Garden is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders. Please contact the mail carrier with full name and tracking number.
